10 May 2026 – Today, the first training session took place in Goražde, a small town neighboring the Republika Srpska region in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The local branch of the Federation of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing of Bosnia and Herzegovina welcomed our project as the first visit from the Visegrad Group countries.

The training was attended by the full team from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Strong statements from the Deaf community focused mainly on interpreting services and on negative experiences regarding accessibility at public offices, courts, and healthcare institutions. At the same time, there was clear motivation for cooperation and for improving conditions for the Deaf community.
