This project, “Sign Language and Bridge: V4 Cooperation with Bosnia and Herzegovina”, ID number: 22520162, is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea. It is co-financed by the governments of Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia through Visegrad Grants from the International Visegrad Fund. The mission of the Fund is to advance ideas for sustainable regional cooperation in Central Europe.
The project includes trainings, workshops, and seminars aimed at enhancing the skills and competencies of sign language interpreters and instructors, contributing to the overall improvement of quality and professionalism in the field.
It focuses on improving the position of sign language interpreters and instructors outside Sarajevo, where there is a lack of legal framework and awareness among local authorities.
